The basis of the counsel given through Special Delivery will be God's Word, the Bible. We subscribe to the Scriptures having been inspired in its entirety by God, being given to men chosen by God. We hold that God's Word is infallible, inerrant in the original manuscripts and as such, can and should be applied to our lives. Scripture is completely sufficient for all matters of life, faith, and practice. We believe that the confession of sin and repentance i.e. turning from sin to God and obedience to His Word, are essential in dealing with sinful attitudes and behavior. (Romans 10:17 and II Timothy 3:16-17)

Advocates
What is an Advocate? An Advocate is another word for mentor. When a pregnant woman first comes to the Special Delivery support group or residential program, she is assigned an Advocate. The Advocate is a woman who offers friendship and encouragement as well as practical, emotional, and spiritual support for the duration of the young woman’s pregnancy. The Advocate comes to the support groups on Monday nights as well as meets with the young woman throughout the week. The Advocate is re-assigned once the woman’s baby is 2-4 weeks old.
